The T20 World Cup semifinals are finally here. The teams have concluded the group stage and Super Eight stage matches. The teams have fought hard and earned their place in the semifinals of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024. Now, they will clash with each other in semi-final 1 and semi-final 2 on June 27. Mark your calendar for June 27.

For the semifinals, we have our Fantastic Four. These four teams are England, South Africa, India, and Afghanistan. In the semi-final one, two teams will clash against each other, and in the semi-final two, another two teams will face off. The losing teams will head home, and the winners will meet in the final of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 on June 29.

T20 World Cup Semifinal 1: SA vs. AFG Tomorrow

In the T20 World Cup semifinal 1, South Africa will lock horns with Afghanistan at 6 a.m. Indian Standard Time (IST) tomorrow, June 27. The Brian Lara Cricket Academy in Trinidad and Tobago will host the much-anticipated match. This is the first semifinal for Afghanistan in an ICC tournament. South Africa will look to get ahead of the tag of ‘chokers’. Rain threatens the match, and a reserve day is scheduled if tomorrow’s match is abandoned. The winner of the semifinal one will play with the winner of the semifinal two on June 27 in the final.

Semifinal 2: India vs. England Tomorrow

The world’s number one T20 team, India, and the defending champions, England, will play in the second semifinal. The match will start at 8 p.m. IST at Providence Stadium in Guyana on June 27. Both teams have faced each other in the semifinals of the T20 World Cup 2022. Then England won by 10 wickets. It was a humiliating defeat for India. The Men in Blue would like to level the scores by defeating England tomorrow. Like South Africa, India would also like to remove the ‘chokers’ tag. Both teams are known to lose important matches.
