With the assembly elections approaching in Maharashtra, there are intense confrontations occurring between the ruling and opposition parties. In the meantime, former state Chief Minister and BJP MP Narayan Rane has made a contentious remark regarding Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Uddhav Thackeray. He mentioned that had Balasaheb Thackeray been alive, he would have shot Uddhav Thackeray. Narayan Rane delivered this remark at an election rally in Konkan.
At a rally in Konkan, Narayan Rane stated, “The son of Shiv Sena party leader, Balasaheb Thackeray, is claiming that if Bakri Eid isn’t permitted in the community, then also take down the lamp for Diwali.” I instantly recalled Balasaheb Thackeray. “If Balasaheb had been present, he would have fired at Uddhav Thackeray.”
Prior to this, BJP leader and ex-Union Minister Narayan Rane has been criticizing Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Uddhav Thackeray. In August, Narayan Rane became furious when Uddhav Thackeray likened Union Home Minister Amit Shah to Ahmed Shah Abdali. In the meantime, Rane mentioned that Balasaheb devoted his entire life to Hindutva, while Uddhav Thackeray undermined it.
During the attack, he also claimed that the Shiv Sena (UBT) leader has lost his sanity. In fact, Uddhav Thackeray made a contentious remark regarding Home Minister Amit Shah in Pune. He likened Amit Shah to Ahmed Shah Abdali and leveled a grave accusation against the BJP for participating in power jihad.
All parties are engaging in various strategies to secure their success in the Maharashtra assembly elections. Nitesh Rane, the MLA son of Narayan Rane, has received a ticket from the BJP once more. The BJP has nominated him again as a candidate for the Kankavali seat in Konkan. Concurrently, the Shinde faction’s Shiv Sena has shown faith in Narayan Rane’s eldest son Nilesh Rane and has nominated him for the Kudal assembly seat.
We would like to inform you that the election for all 288 seats in Maharashtra will take place in one phase on November 20, with the results announced on November 23.
