Volodymyr Zelensky, the president of Ukraine, started a significant visit to the US on Sunday. He went on a tour of a munitions plant in Pennsylvania and is scheduled to give President Joe Biden and other supporters his plan for defeating Russia.

During the visit, Zelensky will provide Biden a detailed overview of his “victory plan,” which includes Kyiv’s long-standing request to unleash long-range missiles on targets within Russia.

He then plans to share the plan with other presidential contenders, US congressmen, and foreign allies. Before arriving in the US, Zelensky wrote on X from his aircraft, “This fall will determine the future of this war.” “We can win a shared victory for a truly just peace by strengthening our positions with our partners as needed.”

Beginning his tour in Biden’s hometown of Scranton, Zelensky congratulated the employees there for supplying Ukraine with weapons and said that the plant would increase production of 155mm artillery shells, which are essential for Kyiv’s battle.

He declared, “You can really feel that the democratic world can prevail in places like this.” “Thanks to individuals like these who work tirelessly to ensure that life is protected in Ukraine, America, and all partner countries.”

Zelensky has been pushing Ukraine’s allies to ease restrictions on weapons and although there have been signs of the US shifting its stance, he said Friday they have yet to be given permission.
