The 17-year-old American rapper Rylo Huncho shot himself to death last week while recording a music video, in a social media moment gone wrong.

Renowned for his popularity on TikTok, Huncho killed himself by pointing a gun at his head by accident. He passed away from a “accidental self-inflicted gunshot wound.” The New York Post reports that the rapper from Suffolk was shown dancing and singing while holding a gun in a social media video that was making the rounds online. Despite this, the police originally refused to identify the identity of the adolescent who had passed away.

On Wednesday, May 15, police in Suffolk, Virginia, discovered him dead. In the terrifying video, which was uploaded to Huncho’s Instagram story, he can be seen pointing and displaying the gun’s torch and green laser.

As Rylo Huncho records a video for social media, he unintentionally kills himself.
He turned off the gun’s safety later in the video and aimed it directly at his head. “F**k y’all n****s,” the wannabe rapper shouted into the camera before pulling the trigger. His phone hit the ground and he vanished from view, taken by the blast.

Raleigh Freeman II was his full name, according to The Direct. When one of his cousins created a GoFundMe page with the intention of earning $15,000 for his bereaved family, the tragic news gained even more attention. According to the link, “Support for Grieving Aunt After Tragic Loss” was the fundraiser sponsored by Monica Savage and Diane Bryant.

“Hello, my aunt recently lost her 17-year-old son from a self-inflicted gun wound to the head,” the post continues. It is also stated that the fundraiser organisers verified Huncho’s status as an only son. In addition, his mother did her best to raise her son despite being a single parent.
“Suicide/accidental was the cause of his death; we are still trying to figure out why,” they continued.

“And to get a text saying he passed away is heartbreaking and to hear the mean things y’all are saying about Railey is so wrong on every level please god give his mother the strength to deal with the pain she is in” Twin Porter, one of Raleigh’s pals, said on Facebook after learning of his loss.

As of Tuesday, the teen rapper has 28.3K followers on Instagram.
