Premier League clubs decided to adopt revisions to the league’s associated party transactions (APT) at a meeting in Central London on Friday, attended by representatives from all 20 teams. The proposed modifications came into effect after an independent tribunal ruled that some sections of the APT regulations were illegal following Manchester City’s case. “At today’s Premier League Shareholders Meeting, teams accepted amendments to the League’s Associated Party Transaction (APT) rules.
