Pawan Kalyan promises to protect Sanatana Dharma at Varahi declaration event in Tirupati.

Pawan Kalyan has once again garnered attention with his fearless remarks on Sanatana Dharma. During his Varahi declaration meet in Tirupati, Kalyan strongly cautioned individuals who are trying to weaken Sanatana Dharma. He firmly stated that anyone attempting to destroy Sanatana Dharma will themselves be wiped out by Lord Balaji.

Pawan Kalyan, who proudly declares himself as a “unapologetic Sanatani Hindu,” stated that he is ready to protect his beliefs with all his might. Speaking to his critics, he stated, “This message is specifically for those known as secularists, who mock my Sanatana Dharma.” Allow me to assure you that I am committed to protecting Sanatana Dharma with all my strength.

The Deputy CM of Andhra Pradesh said he is willing to give up his political power and life if needed, declaring, “I am prepared to lose all, including my life and my political position.” This is the pledge I have made as a proud Sanatani Hindu.

Kalyan also condemned the perceived bias in the legal system, claiming that followers of Sanatana Dharma are treated more severely than followers of other religions. He brought up how the courts are lenient towards people he believes have targeted Hinduism.

Kalyan claimed that the courts are favoring the abusers and attackers of Sanatana Dharma, noting that making similar remarks about other religions would result in harsh consequences. Kalyan’s comments arise during a dispute regarding the suspected contamination of ghee in the making of Lord Venkateswara’s renowned laddu prasadam at Tirupati. On September 30, 2024, the Supreme Court announced that there is no proof indicating that animal fat was utilized in making the laddus under the previous YSRCP government.

The court warned Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu for bringing politics into the issue without sufficient evidence, stating that “gods should not be involved in politics.” Hindu devotees globally were enraged by the problem, with Pawan Kalyan’s comments further provoking the situation.
