Pawan Kalyan conducted ceremony to resolve laddu controversy issue.

Janasena Party leader and Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Pawan Kalyan, openly shares his thoughts on Sanatan Dharma. He recently declared the establishment of a fresh branch of the party named Narasimha Varahi Brigade. He mentioned that he honors all religions, but remains steadfast in his own beliefs. Consequences await those who criticize or make derogatory remarks about Sanatan Dharma on social media. I am establishing a special wing within my party called ‘Narasimha Varahi Brigade’ to safeguard Sanatan Dharma.

He made the announcement following recent claims of adulterated ghee being used in the prasad at Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple in Tirumala.

In the previous month, Pawan Kalyan had called for a robust national legislation to safeguard Sanatana Dharma and deter actions that show disregard for its principles. There is a necessity for a stringent national legislation to safeguard Sanatana Dharma and discourage actions that undermine its principles. At the Varahi declaration ceremony in Tirupati, he stated that this law must be put into effect promptly and consistently throughout India.

Pawan Kalyan suggested the creation of a Sanatana Dharma Protection Board at both national and state levels to supervise the enforcement of this law, along with a specific fund for its operations. Furthermore, he emphasized the importance of having Sanatana Dharma certification to guarantee the quality of the substances utilized for temple prasad and offerings.
