A new BJP administration has taken office in Haryana. Naib Singh Saini has been appointed as Chief Minister once more. In addition to him, 13 other ministers have also been sworn in in the state. BJP has ensured representation from all castes of Haryana in the formation of Saini government. The party has offered ministerial positions to leaders from key caste communities that helped secure its third consecutive win in Haryana.

In the current Nayab Singh Saini administration, there are two MLAs representing the Dalit, Brahmin, and Jat communities, four from the OBC community, and one MLA each from the Rajput, Punjabi, and Bania communities who have been appointed as ministers.

Somewhat, BJP utilized the swearing-in event of the Haryana government as a means to demonstrate the strength of NDA. Every major party leader in the NDA participated in the inauguration event. The BJP has secured victory in the Haryana assembly elections for the third time in a row, marking the first occurrence of this since Haryana was established in 1966.

The community has been granted full participation. Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini hails from the OBC community himself. Rajesh Nagar, a Gurjar community member who belongs to the OBC community, has been appointed as a minister while serving as an MLA. Rajesh Nagar is seen as having a close relationship with Krishanpal Gurjar, Union Minister and MP of Faridabad.

Rajesh Nagar emerged victorious in the election for the Tigaon Assembly seat in Faridabad district. Ranbir Singh Gangwa, hailing from the OBC community, has been appointed as a minister. Ranbir Singh Gangwa won the election from the Barwala constituency in Hisar district and has been chosen as MLA. Two Ahir (Yadav) community leaders have also been appointed as ministers.

Anil Vij was sworn in as minister following Naib Singh Saini. Anil Vij has been elected as the MLA from Ambala Cantt seat of Ambala district for the seventh time after winning the recent MLA election. During the election, Anil Vij was a contender for the role of Chief Minister but the party leadership had indicated that Naib Singh Saini would assume the role if the government was formed. Vij, hailing from the Punjabi community, is a prominent figure within the party.

It must be noted that in addition to Ambala, Kurukshetra, Karnal, and Panchkula, there is also a significant Punjabi population in Sirsa district. By re-appointing Anil Vij as a minister, the party has upheld the sentiments of the Punjabi community who supported them in this scenario.

Following Anil Vij, MLA Krishan Lal Panwar from the Israna seat of Panipat district was sworn in. Krishan Lal Panwar hails from the Dalit community. Krishan Lal Bedi, hailing from the Dalit community, was elected as an MLA from the Narwana seat and has been appointed as a minister.

Krishan Lal Bedi served as the Chief Minister of Haryana for a duration of nine and a half years and is known to have a strong relationship with Union Minister Manohar Lal Khattar. In the midst of calls for rights and political participation for the Dalit community nationwide, the BJP has made efforts to show full respect to this community.

BJP has appointed former MP Dr. Arvind Sharma as a minister after he won the election from Gohana seat of Sonipat district. Dr. Arvind Sharma was defeated by Deepender Hooda in the recent Lok Sabha elections, despite having won against him in 2019. Arvind Sharma, hailing from the Brahmin caste, is a popular figure in Haryana politics and has served as a Member of Parliament on numerous occasions. He joined BJP after being associated with Congress and BSP. BJP has provided an opportunity for young leader Gaurav Gautam, who was elected from the Palwal constituency, to join the cabinet as a minister. Gaurav Gautam is also a member of the Brahmin community.

The BJP has also shown complete respect to the Ahir or Yadav community, which granted them the second most votes. BJP has emerged victorious in 10 seats out of the 11 in Ahirwal. Rao Narbir Singh, elected from Badshahpur seat in Gurugram district, and Aarti Singh Rao, elected from Ateli seat in Mahendragarh district, have been appointed as ministers by the party. Rao Narbir Singh was appointed as a minister in 2014 as well. Aarti Singh Rao is the offspring of Gurugram MP and Union Minister Rao Indrajit Singh.

Mahipal Dhanda and Shruti Chaudhary, both from the Jat community, have been appointed as ministers by the BJP in the Saini cabinet. The election from the rural seat of Panipat district was won by Mahipal Dhanda, while Shruti Chaudhary emerged victorious from the Tosham seat of Bhiwani district.

Shruti Chaudhary, the granddaughter of ex-Chief Minister Bansi Lal and daughter of Rajya Sabha MP Kiran Chaudhary. Kiran Chaudhary and Shruti Chaudhary joined the BJP immediately after the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

By including the Rajput community, BJP has assigned the ministerial position to Shyam Singh Rana, who emerged victorious in the Radaur seat election in Yamunanagar district. Vipul Goyal Saini, the winner of the Faridabad seat election, will be the representative of the Vaishya community in the cabinet.
