On Wednesday, MNS chief Raj Thackeray criticized the Congress during a rally in Amravati and brought up the topic of loudspeakers in mosques. Grant me authority, and I will make certain that no loudspeaker is present on any mosque across Maharashtra, stated the MNS leader. He accused certain Muslim leaders of delivering fatwas from mosques and requesting votes for the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA).
Thackeray also asserted that he had compelled the removal of loudspeakers from mosques during Uddhav Thackeray’s time as chief minister, resulting in 17,000 cases filed against his followers.
Reflecting on the circumstances following Navneet Rana’s election loss, Raj Thackeray noted that certain individuals from the Muslim community publicly rejoiced on the streets of Amravati. Thackeray condemned the government’s lack of action and confronted it, stating grant us authority, and should I not succeed in taking down these loudspeakers, hold me responsible.
Raj Thackeray criticized Sharad Pawar by referring to him as “Sant Sharadchandra Pawar” and alleged that he was provoking a divide between the OBC and Maratha communities. Raj Thackeray criticized Uddhav Thackeray’s recent suggestion to construct Shivaji Maharaj temples in every district, questioning if statues alone are insufficient to justify building temples everywhere.
Simultaneously, Union Minister Ramdas Athawale has responded to Raj Thackeray’s remarks. He mentioned that he repeats such statements over and over. He is unable to take away loudspeakers from mosques.
Athawale stated that Raj Thackeray will never attain power, regardless of his efforts to achieve it. Regardless of how many years go by for this. Ramdas Athawale stated that it will be extremely challenging for Raj Thackeray to gain power in the Maharashtra elections; any party attempting to take down loudspeakers from mosques will face consequences from my party members.
He stated that even the MLA elected from Raj Thackeray’s party does not achieve victory through his own power. What strategies will he use to win the election? His aspiration will stay unrealized. He remarked that rather than taking down the loudspeaker, the government should be removed first. Raj Thackeray should not be making such statements over and over again.
The Union Minister stated that the Muslims of this nation cherish the Constitution. The Muslims in this place cherish the nation. Some Muslims foster and enhance brotherhood with Hindus, who cherish their nation and its citizens; opposing such Muslims is unjust. He stated that I have consistently been against terrorist Muslims. Those Muslims should likewise face consequences for their actions. The assembly elections in Maharashtra are scheduled to occur in a single phase on November 20. The results are set to be announced on November 23.
