On Deepawali, Brahm Singh Tanwar, a former BJP MLA, became a member of the Aam Aadmi Party in Delhi. Brahm Singh Tanwar and several of his peers became members of AAP while Arvind Kejriwal, former Delhi Chief Minister and AAP National Convenor, was present. During this period, Arvind Kejriwal greeted Brahm Singh Tanwar as he joined the party. To officially welcome him into the party, he was required to put on the Aam Aadmi Party cap and turban.

Arvind Kejriwal mentioned that Tanwar ji has been actively helping the people of Delhi in various ways for the past five decades. He has made significant contributions to the growth of Delhi. Joining the Aam Aadmi Party will bring fresh vigor. The progress of Delhi will accelerate further.

During the press conference, Arvind Kejriwal stated that they were prepared for elections at all times when the question was posed to him. I believe that once again Aam Aadmi Party will win the majority and form the government. We distribute votes based on our efforts. He mentioned that by having a leader like Tanwar ji join AAP, it is evident that our party is growing nationwide. Our ideology is influencing people.

During the press conference, Brahm Singh Tanwar, who became a member of AAP, responded to the question by stating that he has been serving the entire area since he was a child. Today, I have wholeheartedly become a member of Aam Aadmi Party. I am grateful to Kejriwal ji. A large number of individuals are likely to become members of AAP. Former BJP MLA Brahm Singh Tanwar also mentioned that he has observed the efforts of the Aam Aadmi Party in the past. I have been employed at BJP since I was underage. I now believe that I can make a positive impact by remaining with the Aam Aadmi Party. That’s the reason I told Kejriwal ji about my wish to work here.
