Union Home Minister Amit Shah targeted Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, questioning his knowledge of MSP while emphasizing that the BJP government in Haryana is buying 24 crops at minimum support prices.

Speaking at a campaign event, Amit Shah criticized the Congress for corruption and reservation policies.

Amit Shah criticized the Congress regarding the farmers’ problem, alleging that a certain NGO has informed Rahul ‘baba’ that mentioning MSP can secure votes.

“Rahul baba, are you aware of the complete meaning of MSP.” “Do you know which crop belongs to Kharif and which one belongs to Rabi?” he inquired.

Amit Shah mentioned that the BJP-led government in Haryana is purchasing 24 crops at Minimum Support Price. He stated that Congress leaders in Haryana should specify which Congress-governed state acquires the same amount of crops.

He inquired about the number of crops purchased at MSP in Karnataka and Telangana.

Amit Shah mentioned that under Congress rule, paddy was purchased at Rs 1300 per quintal, but now it is Rs 2300. If BJP government is elected in Haryana, they will procure paddy at Rs 3,100 per quintal.

Amit Shah continued to criticize the Congress, stating that it was the Narendra Modi administration that finally addressed the longstanding issue of One Rank One Pension.

Amit Shah stated that the BJP has pursued fair development in Haryana and eradicated corruption in the past decade.

Congress administrations previously functioned by utilizing cut, commission, and corruption, allowing dealers, middlemen, and ‘damads’ to dominate. According to the senior BJP leader, there are no middlemen or brokers under the BJP government and there is no involvement of any relative in power.

Haryana will hold elections on October 5 with the results being announced on October 8.
