The Election Commission has reported that Ghaziabad had the lowest voter turnout of 33 percent in the UP by-election. Votes were recorded in Katehari, Karhal, Meerapur, Sisamau, Khair, Ghaziabad, Majhawan, Phulpur and Kundarki constituencies in the state. There is a possibility of an increase in the voting percentage at this time.
As reported by the Election Commission, Ghaziabad had a voting turnout of 33.30%, Katehari of 56.69%, Khair of 46.35%, Kundarki of 57.32%, Karhal of 53.92%, Majhawan of 50.41%, Mirapur of 57.02%, Phulpur of 43.43%, and Sisamau of 49.03%. SP President Akhilesh Yadav remarked that certain police officers are behaving as if they are members of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Voters are being intimidated. They are menacing them with sticks. Those officers need to be found and then put on temporary leave. Navdeep Rinwa, the State Chief Election Officer, announced the suspension of 5 policemen assigned to election duty.
He mentioned that there are two suspended policemen from Kanpur and Muzaffarnagar, and one from Moradabad. 8 out of the 9 seats where by-elections were conducted became vacant as the incumbent MLAs resigned upon their election to the Lok Sabha. In Sisamau, SP MLA Irfan Solanki has been found guilty in a criminal case. By-elections were conducted as a result of his assembly membership being revoked.
The UP by-elections have a total of 90 candidates vying for victory. A total of 14 candidates were in the competition from Ghaziabad. Five candidates each were competing for the Khair and Sisamau seats, with the minimum number required. The SP won the Sisamau, Katehari, Karhal, and Kundarki seats in the 2022 elections.
The seats of Phulpur, Ghaziabad, Majhawan, and Khair were won by BJP. The Meerapur constituency was held by the RLD, but now it is a partner of the NDA.
There was high voter turnout on 38 seats during the second assembly election. There was a voting turnout of 68.45 percent. This time, the voters surpassed the voting record set during the 2019 assembly elections. 67.04 percent of people participated in the most recent election. The voting percentage in Jamtara district was the highest at 76.16, while Bokaro district had the lowest voting percentage at 60.97.

63.93 percent of voters had cast their votes in the 288 assembly seats in Maharashtra by 5 pm.
Over 69 percent of ballots were submitted in Gadchiroli. The by-election for Nanded Lok Sabha seat saw a voter turnout of 53.78 percent. There were 1,186 polling stations established in the state in total.
The Aheri, Gadchiroli, and Armori assembly seats in the state had voter turnout percentages of 68.43, 69.22, and 71.26 respectively. The city of Mumbai saw 49.07% voter turnout, while the suburban district of Mumbai saw 51.76% voter turnout. Colaba had a voter turnout of 41.64%, Mahim saw 55.23%, Worli had 47.50%, Shivadi recorded 51.70%, and Malabar Hill had 50.08% of votes cast.
60.18 per cent of votes were cast in Bhandup suburb of Mumbai, 50.98 per cent in Dahisar, and 49.51 per cent in Bandra East. 55.77 per cent of voters cast their votes in Kopri-Pachpakhadi, the constituency of Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. Here he is competing against the Shiv Sena (Uddhav faction) candidate Kedar Dighe. In Thane district, there was a voting turnout of 49.76 percent.
51.54 percent of the electorate in Nagpur South-West voted in the election. The Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis is competing in this area. In this district, a total of 56.06 percent of people participated in voting.
There was a 62.31 percent voter turnout in the Baramati constituency. The Mahayuti alliance led by the BJP is attempting to stay in power in the state. Simultaneously, the Mahavikas Aghadi coalition aims to regain power.
