The Yogi administration in UP has endorsed the Supreme Court’s ruling regarding bulldozer operations. During the proceedings of the case regarding Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind vs North Delhi Municipal Corporation and others, it stated that the executive should not assume the role of the judiciary to determine guilt.
