Terrorism In Jammu & Kashmir Still a Concern

Being on a border with Pakistan, Jammu & Kashmir have shared a long brutal history with radical terrorism. Terrorism in Jammu & Kashmir has been a concern for India for decades. The attack on Reasi hints at the spread of terrorism to other areas. Reasi had remained unaffected by attacks in neighboring areas of Rajouri and Poonch districts. But the recent attack on Reasi has changed this.

The Pir Panjal route is widely used by terrorists to infiltrate Jammu from the LOC. For some time, the terrorist attacks in Jammu& Kashmir had stopped, but they started again. All hopes are on the new government to deal with terrorist activities in Jammu & Kashmir.
