Chaos erupted at the Tehsildar office in Belgaum, Karnataka when it was discovered that the second class assistant, known as SDA, had committed suicide by hanging himself inside the office. The event in Belgaum caused a stir throughout the entire city. Assistant Rudranna Yadavannavar (35), who was in the second class, was found dead by hanging in the office of Belgaum Tehsildar Basavaraj Nagara. District Collector Mohammad Roshan issued a directive on Monday transferring Rudranna Yadavannavar to Savadatti Yellamma Development Authority.
Upon learning about SDA Rudranna’s suicide, his wife became sick. His wife Girija is in the hospital in a critical state. DCP Rohan Jagadeesh arrived at the scene and retrieved the body.
The FSL team has been summoned to the location as well. All the required proof has been gathered. The event occurred within the jurisdiction of the Khardabazaar police station in Belgaum.
Based on the details provided, Rudranna Yadavannavar has blamed Lakshmi Hebbalkar’s PA Somu for his death on Monday. He had messaged the Tehsildar office on a Whatsapp group. He has penned this in this communication. In the message, he elaborated that there is widespread injustice occurring in the office and urged everyone to address it collectively.
Mallavi, Rudranna’s mother, said that he had dinner with her on Monday night. While he was eating, he received a phone call. He answered the phone and left the food in the middle. When asked by his mother, he remained silent and did not provide any information. There was no mention of harassment at home by her son. She slept during the night, and her son did too. When she woke up, her son was already at work. His mother noticed that the mobile, watch, helmet, etc. were present in the house. She believed he had left to take a stroll, but then she found out about the suicide.
