The eagerly anticipated movie “Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha” featuring Ajay Devgn and Tabu will not grace cinemas on its initially slated release date, July 5. The production team has officially declared a delay in the film’s debut.

About “Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha”

In the buzz for some time now, “Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha” showcases Ajay Devgn and Tabu in lead roles. The film narrates a seemingly simple love tale, peppered with numerous unexpected developments.

The promotional trailer has already garnered much love, with audiences keenly awaiting Ajay and Tabu’s fresh on-screen look. The ensemble cast includes notable names such as Shantanu Maheshwari, Saiee Manjrekar, and Jimmy Shergill, with Shantanu and Saiee portraying younger versions of the main characters.

The movie’s music tracks have become immensely popular, further heightening anticipation for its release. Despite the initial release date being July 5, there were whispers of a potential postponement.

Reason for Postponement

The postponement rumors stemmed largely from the successful run of “Kalki 2898 AD,” starring Prabhas and Deepika Padukone, which has captivated audiences and critics alike, setting new benchmarks and featuring stellar performances, including from Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan.

Additionally, with Karan Johar’s “Kill” also set to release on July 5, the decision to delay “Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha” seemed prudent. Confirming the delay, the filmmakers issued a statement saying, “Dear friends, heeding the suggestions of exhibitors and the distribution community, we have jointly opted to reschedule our film, Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha… A new release date will be announced shortly.”

Movie Promotions

With the postponement now official, it remains to be seen when the film will finally hit theatres. Meanwhile, the cast continues to promote the movie vigorously. Ajay Devgn is also gearing up for the Diwali release of “Singham Again,” which is among the year’s most anticipated films.
