The actress, known for her role in “Kho Gaye Hum Kahan,” has contributed her voice to Riley’s character in the Hindi dub of Disney Pixar’s anticipated sequel, “Inside Out 2.”

During a promotion for the film, Panday expressed the challenge of maintaining a constant state of positivity, emphasizing the importance of embracing a range of emotions for a balanced life.

“The journey of beginning as an actor at 18 came with its fears, a sentiment I’ve come to accept will persist,” Panday recounted. She conveyed the value in being true to oneself, noting the more profound satisfaction and joy derived from genuine connections, even if fewer, compared to the superficiality of broad appeal.

“Inside Out 2” is the follow-up to the 2015 Oscar-winning animated film “Inside Out,” exploring the emotional dynamics of Riley, a young girl navigating a family move, through five personified emotions.

Panday, whose filmography includes titles like “Gehraiyaan” and “Dream Girl 2,” found dubbing for “Inside Out 2” to be a freeing experience. Reflecting on her teenage years helped her connect with Riley, leading to a liberating dubbing process that contrasted her usual analytical approach.

It is scheduled for release in both English and Hindi on June 14, “Inside Out 2” revisits teenager Riley amid significant changes in Headquarters, introducing new Emotions and adding layers to the existing emotional landscape.

Directed by Kelsey Mann, the English voice cast features Amy Poehler, Maya Hawke, Liza Lapira, and others, bringing together an ensemble to give life to this highly anticipated sequel.
