Kartik Aaryan is gearing up to captivate audiences with what is considered one of his most demanding roles to date. In the upcoming movie Chandu Champion, he portrays the real-life figure of Murlikant Petkar, a former Indian paralympic gold medalist who has undergone a significant physical transformation for the role. His transformed athletic build is showcased in the newly released track “Tu Hai Champion,” which came out on May 30.
In the “Tu Hai Champion” music video, Vijay Raaz, who plays Kartik’s coach, inspires him by saying that true champions conquer their inner fears rather than just their external competitors. He questions Chandu, also known as Murlikant, about his desire to become a champion, to which the response is a persistent “Yes,” followed by an encouraging pat from the mentor.
The film Chandu Champion, directed by Kabir Khan, stars Kartik Aaryan in the lead role. The cast includes Bhuvan Arora, Yashpal Sharma, Vijay Raaz, Aniruddh Dave, and Palak Lalwani, who play crucial roles. Chandu Champion is set for release on June 14.
