The Prime Minister’s office revealed that PM Modi will be opening the Banjara Virasat Museum in Washim, showcasing the diverse culture of the Banjara community. He will also introduce projects valued at Rs 23,300 crore that specifically target agriculture and animal husbandry.

In the afternoon, he is scheduled to inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for multiple development projects worth over Rs 32,800 crore in Thane. According to the PMO, he will start a train journey from BKC Metro Station to Aarey JVLR, Mumbai and will also travel on the metro from BKC to Santacruz stations.

PM Modi’s office announced that he will distribute the 18th installment of the PM-KISAN Samman Nidhi, totaling around Rs 20,000 crore, to approximately 9.4 crore farmers in line with his dedication to supporting farmers.

Upon the 18th release of funds, the total amount disbursed to farmers through the scheme will be approximately Rs 3.45 lakh crore. The assembly polls in Maharashtra are imminent, with the Election Commission set to announce the schedule shortly.

While on the visit, over 7,500 projects worth more than Rs 1,920 crore will be revealed by the Prime Minister under the Agriculture Infrastructure Fund (AIF), with a significant portion dedicated to constructing primary processing units, warehouses, sorting and grading units, cold storage projects, and post-harvest management projects. He plans to launch 9,200 Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) that have a total turnover of about Rs 1,300 crores.

Five solar parks, totaling 19 MW in capacity, are being established in Maharashtra as a part of the ‘Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi’ initiative. He will recognize recipients of the ‘Mukhyamantri Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana’ during an event. The BKC-Aarey JVLR section of Mumbai Metro Line – 3 is valued at approximately Rs 14,120 crore and will consist of 10 stations, with nine of them being located underground.

PM Modi will inaugurate the beginning of construction of Thane Integral Ring Metro Rail Project, which will cost about Rs 12,200 crore. The project spans 29 kilometers in total, comprising 20 elevated and 2 underground stations.

The statement mentioned that this ambitious infrastructure project is a crucial step in meeting the increasing transportation demands of Thane, which is a significant industrial and commercial center in Maharashtra.

PM Modi will inaugurate the construction of the Elevated Eastern Freeway Extension from Chheda Nagar to Anand Nagar in Thane, a project valued at approximately Rs 3,310 crore. The project aims to offer continuous connectivity between South Mumbai and Thane.

Additionally, he will inaugurate the construction of Phase-1 of Navi Mumbai Airport Influence Notified Area (NAINA) project valued at approximately Rs 2,550 crore by laying the foundation stone. The project involves building main roads, bridges, flyovers, underpasses, and the Navi Mumbai Airport Influence Notified Area (NAINA) project costing approximately Rs 2,550 crore. The project involves building large arterial roads, bridges, flyovers, underpasses, and integrated utility infrastructure.

He is set to lay the groundwork for the construction of the Thane Municipal Corporation, which is estimated to cost around Rs 700 crore. It was mentioned that the majority of Municipal offices will be housed in the centrally situated high rise administrative building of Thane Municipal Corporation.
