Ghaziabad Development Authority officials have announced that more than 175 properties in Ghaziabad, such as apartments, plots, and storefronts, will be up for sale via auction.

Ghaziabad Development Authority has stated that more than 175 properties will be available for auction during Navratri, providing an opportunity for Delhi-NCR residents to purchase them at lower prices.

Ghaziabad Development Authority plans to auction land in different areas like Vaishali Sector 6, Indirapuram, Koyal Enclave Scheme, Indraprastha Scheme, Ambedkar Road Housing Plots, UP Border Plots, and Indirapuram Nyay Khand and Gyan Khand.

Ghaziabad Development Authority is planning to sell 40 residential plots in Indirapuram exclusively. Residential schemes will have land ranging from 30 to 330 square metres, while shops will have 13.75 square metres available.

Ghaziabad Development Authority also has plans to construct group housing on a 30,000 square metre plot in Indirapuram. This land has gone through 26 auctions in the past, however, it remained unsold because of its expensive cost. Now, the Ghaziabad Development Authority has chosen to decrease the sale price.

A three-person committee, led by the Additional Secretary, was recently established to design the layout of these plots for the Indirapuram expansion project. Afterwards, the board has given its approval for the sale, and the authority plans to auction off over 40 plots.

Ghaziabad Development Authority officials have reported that various parts of land in Ghaziabad will undergo auctioning in Navratri. This will involve the auctioning of 40 parcels as part of the Indirapuram expansion scheme. Furthermore, offers will be made for properties that are still unsold in Indirapuram.

The officials also mentioned that they anticipate the auction of these plots to take place on either October 5th or 6th. In a recent development, bids were submitted for unsold flats in Govindpuram, Ghaziabad’s residential projects, leading to the acquisition of 17 residential plots.

In the upcoming days, the Ghaziabad Development Authority will start conducting auctions for additional projects, with land being sold through a bidding process. The auction will feature 7 housing plots in the Koyal Enclave project, 57 plots in the Indraprastha project, 10 housing plots on Ambedkar Road, and 23 plots close to the Uttar Pradesh border.

A total of 215 residential plots, consisting of 40 plots from Indirapuram Nyay Khand and Gyan Khand, and 175 plots from the Govindpuram scheme, will be put up for auction. The cost of this property varies between Rs 4,000 and Rs 1,36,000 per square meter.

Ghaziabad Development Authority officials have stated that there will be no land auction taking place this week. Nevertheless, just a couple of days after the start of Navratri, more than 175 properties in Ghaziabad, such as apartments, plots of land, and stores, will be up for sale via auction.
